Their interview process, for the most part, is very structured. First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I spoke with a few CSMs and even conducted a mock training call. I didn't receive an offer, but the same recruiter reached out to me months later with another opportunity. I didn't have to go through the interview process again, but I was required to take a Wonderlich assessment. After all this, I was still not offered a position, which makes me wonder how much the Wonderlich assessment is weighed.
