Relatively straight forward. Basic sanity check of skills and abilities. No weird life long goal questions. Much of it was personality compatibility. Technical questions were fundamentals, nothing like asking for something obscure or that is just pulled from docs.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at VCE (Chatham Circle, NC) in Aug 2023
Interview
The environment was welcoming, and kind and explained the role well. The interviewers did not overwhelm me at all. First they called you, background check, in person interview, reference check, once everything is clear they then offer you the job if they decide to move forward.
