- Firstly with HR, and then with line manager.
- General talking with HR including English, Mandarin.
- Case discussion with line manager.
- Background talking during the interview.
- Business status on the brand.
- Fast feedback from HR after interview like two or three days.
- Can provide the contract for signing once confirmed the hiring.

Interview
First, phone interview, then in-person interview at the Kowloon office with their HR and team managers, and finally you have to do the excel test on vLookup and pivot tables.
