Applied late July contacted the second week of August. The interview process took six and a half weeks. Despite being flexible with schedules of the interviewers and being in constant communication with the recruiter the "transparency" was not there. There is absolutely zero reason why the recruiting/interviewing process should take more than four weeks tops! Then to get the call sorry we decided to go into a different direction. Thank you for wasting six weeks of my time and leading me to believe the position was mine. Four rounds of interviews plus the phone screen.
