The interview process is very time-consuming. I have to be the assertive one and push to arrange the interview. HR was lethargic in contacting me. I would probably still be waiting for an interview at this point. After going to several interviews, the supervisors never respond to a thank you email. There is never any communication from HR regarding the results of the interview.
