very streamlined and professional. All in the office are friendly. Be prepared to discuss skills and experience and best/worst experiences as well as things you would change in prior job. Also able to discuss why you want to work for the company in this field.

there were none; interview was conversational and pleasant. I did get the feel that a calm demeanor is important
