filled out an online application. did two phone interviews. then was hired but was also told I would have to pass the training. Training was two weeks. Then I was hired.
The interview process was very easy. You submit an application with a cover letter. Then you have a video call with one of the hiring managers and they ask you questions for about five minutes about why you would be a good instructor.
