Vail Resorts interview questions

Simple interview process with only two steps, prescreen and standard interview. Just asked about sales experience, ski experience, and local knowledge of the area. Everything was cordial and pretty standard.

4 month process. Applied, had a first round interview, then a panel, then a final round. Very standard questions about projects I was proud of, projects that hadn’t gone my way and how I handled them, how I approach work across departments, etc. All interviews were virtual.
