Interview
Turned in resume with cover letter and answered some short essays online. After a few weeks they called for a 1st interview. This was an interview with a corporate person to screen all employees. After this there was a second interview with the actual hiring manager at the ski school. They interview and hire a lot of people, so the process felt pretty automated but was fine.
I got a call from the hiring manager, she asked if I can ski blue runs comfortably. I told her I could, and then I was hired. It was very simple and straightforward, although it is somewhat difficult to get housing if you’re not full time.

Two phone screens. Super friendly on the calls. They wanted to learn about my history skiing and why I was interested in becoming an instructor. After the offer was given to me they were great about answering questions I had about the position.
