Interview Process Feedback:
I went through a lengthy interview process, cleared all the rounds, and was informed that I had qualified and would be receiving an offer. However, after waiting, I was told that the client had changed their mind and the offer would no longer be extended.
This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It not only wasted my time and effort but also caused me to miss out on other potential opportunities, as I was given a clear assurance of selection. Candidates deserve transparency and commitment—especially after crossing all hurdles and being promised an offer.
