Interview
I had recieved a call from Comapany Recruiter of ValueLabs that my profile has been shorlisted for the position of QA Analyst -Selenium Testing on 7th December 2017. They had scheduled one telephonic technical round with Technical Lead. The interview was medium level and i had answered all the questions correctly. It went for 1 hour and i was asked on all the scenario based questions on when we should go for Automation and there were questions on Core Java and Selenium Tool. I was informed by the interviewer that i will be receiving a call for further rounds. I waited for the feedback . Finally after long waiting, i reached to the concerned HR and she after taking some time said we cannot share the feedback as it is against our policies. It was simply disappointing after taking an hour of my time, they cannot even share the candid feedback. It hardly matters the candidature is rejected or selected but post conducting interview , they should share the proper feedback.
