The ability to achieve an interview for this position is extremely difficult and competitive and the selection process at times seems somewhat ambiguous. It takes a ton preparation in addition going through the overview process is essential but still not a guarantee to receiving an interview. It has become more difficult year to year.

I first applied online through careerbuilder an was contacted by Ranstad a few days later. I first had to go through a phone screen an then went for a first round in person interview with Ranstad. I came back again for a second round with the hiring manager for an in person interview. Both interviews were challenging in respect to answers the questions thoroughly an in the format Vanguard looks for.
