Very straightforward interview process. You should know a few basic finance terms, but they are mostly just going to ask you a bunch of behavioral questions. There was a phone interview first, and then I was invited to interview at the Scottsdale location a week later. The in-person interview was cake - you take a tour of the building, complete a case study regarding an "issue" with a phone call, and then you sit with 2-3 different upper-level employees who discuss your case study answers with you and ask about career goals/more personal questions. Honestly just be yourself and go prepared with questions about the job. I got the call back literally 3 days later that I was hired. Getting the job is easy - you should be more nervous for the licensing exams that you need to pass to keep the job!
