Initially a telephone interview. Next, you were called in to meet with a manger and supervisor. If everything went well you got the job. The onboarding was interesting. You were inundated with the Vanguard mantra through team building exercises. You were pretty much free to leave early if you finished the book assignments they gave you.

The interview process was a half day commitment, which began with an orientation and then two-part interview. One of which included a 1-on-1 behavior based line of questioning, aka the STAR format. Part 2 of the interview was a case study dealing with a customer situation, and two managers allow you time to review before they come in and ask you questions directly related to the study.
