The longest interview process I have ever been a part of and the most frustrating one that was dragged out over 3.5 months. Spoke to 10 different people, took two assessments, a leadership test, and had at least 14 conversations. Had to constantly chase the recruiter down to even get an answer. Hiring manager was incredibly flaky. Recruiter kept promising having an answer by a certain date, only for more steps to be added, then removed, then changed, and then silence.
