After applying online I received a standard phone interview (cover resume, ask about a couple experiences from past jobs). Next was an interview with two of the higher ups. Basic behavioral questions looking for STAR responses.

Interview
Pretty typical behavior based questions. It started with a phone interview. The interview determined what i knew about the company and my background. I was then scheduled for a 1-on-1 interview where i was asked behavioral based questions.
