Interview process was okay. It took a while and there were many interviews. Each interview took about 45 minutes. There were breaks in the middle of the interviews. I don't have other information.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Varian Medical Systems (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Oct 2022
Interview
I had four positive interviews: with the hiring manager, the director, the team, and a technical interview with two team members. The technical interview consisted of looking at a subset of their code to try to fix a recently found bug. The other interviews were very casual and I explained my previous experience multiple times. I thought everything had gone very well as the director had mentioned "when we send you an offer" and hoping to get me to work there. Many months later and many, many emails to the recruiter, I have yet to receive an actual response from this company. They clearly do not want to hire me but in all my follow-up emails, have made promises of "next week" or "in two weeks" and never follow up. This is an incredibly rude and unprofessional way to deal with candidates. I can't imagine how they treat their employees if this is how candidates are treated.
