Interview
The process is typical like that of any job. You take a drug screen a background check and then they ask you a few questions that mostly deal with how would you handle things in your job scenario. Kind of like an in person pre employment background check. You also need to pass a basic reading and writing, math assessment and watch a safety video based on production.
