I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (Remote, OR) in Jun 2019
Interview
5 rounds of Zoom interviews with various people on the team. Then a candidate exercise that I spent about 30 hours working on. So total time for prep, interview and case study - about 50 hours.
The only reason I seem to have made it to the final interview was for the hiring manager to get feedback on how difficult the exercise was. But to my credit, I hung on till the bitter end.
It sounded like the interviewers had no idea what the person in this position was actually going to do on a daily basis. Hiring manager just called it "Veeva Opportunity" over and over again but never mentioned the actual job title at any time.
Three month process, dragged out due to delays, vacations, etc., etc. Absolute waste of time.
If you decide to apply, really keep in mind the time spent and level of effort you'll allow yourself to expend. Ask yourself if it's worth it.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
