I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (Boston, MA)
Interview
Extended with long periods of absolute silence. No response to emails, phone calls or texts. This behavior was from the hiring manager who was a former colleague. That should have been a warning.

Question 1
This isn't an interview question but information about the process. Veeva doesn't ask people for references. They prefer blind references. Hiring managers look at a candidate's LI acct to see if they have any contacts in common. If not, they look up other Veevans who have worked at the candidate's past companies and see if they can find a blind reference that way. When the hiring manager contacts the blind reference to schedule time, they only say they want to ask about a candidate (and don't identify the candidate until the call occurs).
Bad, they didn’t leave time for me to ask questions. They tried pushing me towards a different role. They also kept leaving the room for further discussions and then came back in.
Four rounds: first with the talent acquisition, then with the HM, then a case study where you'll present to a broader team with slides and analysis, last is with the leadership team; overall pretty smooth process

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (New York, NY)
Interview
Got an email from Director, talked to the director for almost an hour and was then absolutely ghosted. Sent emails to follow up but nothing back.
Interview itself was straight forward mostly about background and experience and why Veeva and why leaving current job.
