I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Veeva Systems
Interview
I applied on the company website. A day later, I signed up for a 30-minute interview to learn more about Veeva. After that conversation, I completed a candidate exercise. This step took a lot of preparation, and I delivered a one-hour long presentation for it. I progressed and spoke to several other individuals (managers, current employees in the position, etc.) before receiving an offer. The interviews were not very technical and seemed to be more trying to get to know me! Everyone seemed nice and personable. However, the interview process is definitely longer than average.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
