Rather long, but useful interview process from the perspective of the applicant. I had an introductory conversation with the recruiter, then I had to solve a business case by creating a simple, but functional salesforce-based solution to a real life business problem. Then, I had some conversations with people in various roles to understand how the company works, what are the different departments in the company and what can I expect if I join.

What is your motivation to do this job? (I think from their perspective this is the most important question)
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
