It's a 5 step interview process, it took around 6 weeks from application to offer. The first interview was a generic screening interview with a recruiter with you fairly standard questions you would expect.
The second and third interview was with a senior member of the team that if accepted you would work with and a hiring manager, it had more behavioral questions and was to determine if you would fit in with the company.
The fourth stage was the most time-consuming with a case study that you had to produce a 45-minute presentation at the end of seven days in front of a 4 person panel. It probably will take between 30-40 hours to do a good presentation so take this into account when organizing it. However, if you are willing to put in the time it gives a really good understanding of what you would be doing at the company and helps determine if this job is right for you.
The final interview is with someone in the development programme and is less of an interview but a chance to find out more about the role and whether it definitely is the right fit for you.
A few days later, having been successful, you will receive an offer.
