The phone interview and the skills test went fine. The Structured Interview did not go as well. The questions were general in nature such as 'what would you do about a difficult coworker", "how have you delt with stressful situations or deadlines", and "what project have you accomplished and what were the difficulties". The interviewers were cordual and read directly from their pamphlets.
I answered the questions honestly and thoughtfully but apparently I was too honest. Apparently they are not looking for the truth. There is no way they can fact check you answers. It was either that or my age which they will never admit. If you are over 40 don't bother.
They then send an email telling you you failed the SI and you can't do it again for six months. I don't think I ever will.
