Terrible experience with Verizon. I was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview and days later I was told the position is on hold for a couple weeks. A month passes with no response to my follow up only to find out the job requisition has closed and new one opened up under a different number with same job description. I have not heard back from them and ghosting candidates is ok. My advice is to stay away as I have had multiple negative experiences. You are just another number, not a treated as a person by Verizon HR, they have zero respect. Please remember we are humans too.
