3 stages , 1 actual interview, practice run , written test, it was 14 years ago, I wouldn't remember that process

Interview
Recruiter/HR rep contacted me to schedule an aptitude test for spatial, basic mathematics, reading, and writing. Upon completion, if pass, I would be scheduled to show up for work. If fail, I could retake te thest within six months. I passed, showed up for training.
