I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Veson Nautical in Jan 2025
Interview
Interviews have a total of 4 rounds in a short span of 2 weeks. The HR is the most professional i've met, he ensure seamless flow of the process and is prompt to reply candidate emails. Interviews questions are simple. I would rate the overall experience bad because its a huge waste of time and effort to go through 4 rounds of interviews just for a managerial position. Last round has to be on site to present your ppt. I also realized that in the end there was no one selected from this interviews as they retained the current employee. (Easy to check from LI). Respect other people time and effort too.

Question 1
technical skill related questions that can be easily answered if you have the knowledge
Interview process was particularly lengthy, three interviews across three months with another month until a response. The interview process involved a phone screening, video interview w/ hiring manager, and in-person interview with team which involves an assignment and presentation element.
The interviewers were easy-going and the questions weren't too challenging. However, there seemed to be a disconnect within the hiring team as to what exactly they were looking for.
Frankly, it was really the lengthy process and low responsiveness that made this a negative experience overall, especially considering the time invested in an assignment/presentation.
