Veson Nautical interview questions

6 interviews 1st interview with hr 2nd interview with team that was 2 hours 3rd 4th and 5th interview with managers (same questions) that where 30 minutes Very long procees and in all interviews they were the same questions to different people.

Interviews have a total of 4 rounds in a short span of 2 weeks. The HR is the most professional i've met, he ensure seamless flow of the process and is prompt to reply candidate emails. Interviews questions are simple. I would rate the overall experience bad because its a huge waste of time and effort to go through 4 rounds of interviews just for a managerial position. Last round has to be on site to present your ppt. I also realized that in the end there was no one selected from this interviews as they retained the current employee. (Easy to check from LI). Respect other people time and effort too.
