The whole process was fairly easy to go through with once my resume was more professionalized. I went through a lot of practice interview questions on my own time so that I could be ready for an interview in a professional environment. When I was in the interview I was questioned by the SVP and HR Director. I was asked many questions, and was respected the entire time and by the end of it, they said they'd call me within two weeks to let me know if I had gotten the job or not. They wound up calling me the same night to offer me a job and I accepted of course.
