Pros
Despite some of the reviews I've read, I believe the leadership here truly cares about its employees. I've never had a complaint about the benefits they offer health, dental, vision, and even company paid life insurance all of which I enrolled in. I was able to take additional training offered by the company, while working there, which helped me later in other careers. Everyone was friendly and willing to offer assistance when I needed it or answer my questions if I had them.
Cons
Not really a con, but just continue offering more opportunities for advancement
