I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Veterans United Home Loans (Columbia, MO) in Oct 2008
Interview
I was first contacted by the HR manager and setup a 1:1 interview with him. This was just a general interview in which we discussed my education, experience, interests, and why I wanted to work for the company. This interview also included an I/Q test. A few days after this interview I received a call back and was scheduled to interview with the supervisor and head of the department I was applying for a job within. This interview invovled more general questiosn about my skill sets, an explination of what the position I was applying for would entail, and then a discussion of how my skills would apply. A week after this second interview I receieved a call back again this time offering me the position.

Question 1
Would you be okay making a low wage while going through the training process
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Veterans United Home Loans (Columbia, MO) in May 2011
Interview
I applied online and used an employee referral on the application. I then had to take a very basic skills test just after the application which tested my computer skills which was like I said, very basic and easy. I got a call back about two weeks later or so. The HR representative asked basic enough questions and the interview lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. I never received a call back and just assumed I did not get the position. The company I applied to was called VA Mortgage Center.com before they were acquired by the current company.
