Laid back. They wanted to make sure you would be good fit for the company culture and their mission. The second interview was aimed more at KSAs and what you would bring to the company.

They care a lot about company culture. Besides the normal job history questions, they will ask you a lot of questions to see if you match their company values. Their questions are also long. For example, they explain the question and how it resonances with their company values "Here at VU we do x, how you would do x too?" The company is professional, but also personable and a relaxed office environment - as they don't have a real dress code.
