We were in a group interview with several other girls and asked questions about working with customers. We were asked what our experiences in customer service was like and how we handled good and difficult situations.

I did not have any unexpected questions asked. Everything was pretty straightforward
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
