I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Merrillville, IN) in Sept 2014
Interview
I printed the application out online, brought it in and was given a brief interview on the spot with the store manager. Another manager called me a few days later to schedule an interview. My first interview was with a group of 5. I was called about an hour after leaving and invited back for a second interview. My second interview was with only one other girl and I was basically asked the same questions as the first interview. The manager seemed position and spoke to us like we were already hired. I was called about 3 days later and offered the position.

Question 1
What would you do if you had a pile of go-backs in your hand that you needed to finish before you went home and a customer approached you and asked for a bra fitting?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
