Application
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Santa Barbara, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was a group interview where a few questions were asked at a time and each person gets a chance individually to answer each question. Make sure you're not the last person to respond, as they may think you're timid or uncomfortable around people (which is unacceptable for sales and customer service). Also try to stand out but not talk excessively.

Question 1
How would you respond to a customer who said that they were "just looking around" after you greeted them?
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
