I applied online and then received a text message inviting me to attend a group interview the next day. There were over fifteen candidates, and we each took turns answering the questions. At the end of the session, we were informed on the spot who had been selected.

Tell me about a time you received feedback and how it helped you improve your performance.
Short & casual: Usually one short interview — sometimes even a group one.
