Turned in application to store manager on a Saturday and was called for a interview for the following Wednesday. I interviewed with another person. The actual interview was brief, and we both went took our turn answering the managers questions.

Describe a time when you went above a customer's expectation
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
