Applied through a job posting, got asked for an interview by phone call, then the interview was in the shop with the sell manager. On the day of the interview, I knew if I had the job or not. Tip: make sure you present yourself well.

Describe why do you want to work here. What do you know about the products? Put you in different scenarios with different types of clients and ask what you would do.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
