Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Application
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Nov 2013
Interview
I had a one on one interview with the store's hiring manager. It was a very personal interview experience. The manager basically wanted to know more about me to figure out if I would be a good fit for the position.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
