It was easy and I felt comfortable and heard during the duration of the conversation and everyone was bubbly and respectful and made me feel welcomed and not pressured by the environment
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
