Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.

Application
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Kansas City, MO) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interview was very simple and the manager was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The whole process (application to offer) took about a week and two days, but I did have to call and speak to a manager again before I got an interview. The questions were very simple or were standard sales questions. After having an interview I received a call back that very night with an offer.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
