Applied to a location in the Bay Area for a seasonal position. I applied online and got a call from the assistant manager that they were doing open interviews. Went in for the interview and hired me on the spot. I decided not to take the position due to another offer and called them to let them know. The hiring manager was extremely, extremely rude and hung up on me when I let her know that I wouldn’t be taking the position and after I thanked her for the offer. I was kind of shocked. A rude manager like that to me indicates unprofessional idk and unfairness to its employees. I don’t recommend applying here.

Interview
I applied online and then received a text message inviting me to attend a group interview the next day. There were over fifteen candidates, and we each took turns answering the questions. At the end of the session, we were informed on the spot who had been selected.

Short & casual: Usually one short interview — sometimes even a group one.
No trick questions: They ask about your availability, personality, and customer service attitude.
Fast decisions: Especially during busy seasons, they often hire on the spot or within a few days.
Experience helps: Since you’ve worked seasonal before, you already know how the process goes — and that’s a big plus.

Interview
The interview was smooth and breezy, felt more like a conversation. The manager was super good and didn’t make me feel nervous. He asked casual questions that made him get to know me, that’s all.
