You are asked question to gage your personality and if you are upbeat and excited about working there. You talk to a manager and they ask you about your work experience and why you would be a good match for VS. It is a good idea to know the values of VS and to talk about the importance of building life long customers.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
