Interviews were done in a small group of about 6 people and 2 managers. We were taken to the back office and asked a variety of questions, some pertaining to customer service and some to knowledge. Some girls were asked the same question and some werent.

Basic Interview: I came into the store, and they had me walk through my resume. It took less than 20 minutes. They wanted to know my availability and my past experience working in retail. Nothing different than any other sales position interview.

It went well. They do group interviews with more than 4 people and you have to dress professionally and answer some simple questions. You will get the job is you say the right things and if they like your personality.
