Honestly it was really informal, the store manager sat with me and asked me maybe 5 questions. I would dress up because working there is all about looking your best. If you are too lazy to look good in the interview you won't go very far in the job. Be yourself and actually answer the questions with examples from former jobs or experiences.

I had two interviews at Victoria Secret Pink. One was with the hiring manager and the other was a group interview with different stores. They asked me about previous retail experience. It was a very informal interview and they were a bit unprepared.
