Casual, talked in the cafe during off peak hours. Super easy and more like a conversation. Lasted about 20 minutes and the interviewer was super relaxed but professional. Overall was a pretty easy interview and there was nothing to stress about

Basically along the lines about how FOH is the person that people complain to so what would you do if someone came up to the desk with a complaint and tell a time you had to deal with a similar situation in a previous job.
