I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Virgin Galactic (Tustin, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Had a screening with HR, next a phone interview with the hiring manager. Moved on to panel interview onsite. Both interviews were casual. On site interview was about 3 hours but was a casual interview. I was offered the job but then HR kept back tracking on salary, they never sent me an official offer letter. Went below salary expectations I asked to counter offer and never heard back.

Interview
Unorganized. They didn't know what they were interviewing me for. Said they loved me and to expect an offer in the next couple weeks. A YEAR later I got a call telling me I didn't get the job.
There was an opportunity to have a more social visit with the people who would be managers.
I found the technical questions to be very easy - mostly standard aerospace knowledge, I felt it was very doable; however I think I was overqualified for the position I was interviewing for, and in retrospect I should have pushed for an opportunity to show deeper knowledge.
