Virgin interview questions

Quite a frustrating process. I initially applied for the Strategy Director role, had the initial HR interview and booked in for a follow-up. That interview was cancelled the morning of, due to an emergency at their end. Got a rejection through shortly after (could have just said). I was then asked if I wanted to apply for the Strategy Manager role. Initially said no, but was given the hard sell. Agreed to an interview, and again was scheduled but cancelled and then received a rejection. Overall, just disappointing. Would suggest you get your shortlist together before offering interviewss.

Pre defined questions sent to you so you know what they will ask on the day and can prepare well. Teams call with interviewing manager and head off going through questions and getting to know and describing the need for the role.
