Interview
Online application, followed by an email requesting that I complete an online test. After the online test I had a telephone interview. I was then asked to go to an assessment centre. At the assessment centre there were approx 12 - 14 other candidates, the recruitment team discussed the role & hours then we were split into groups. After this we had individual interviews, role play in which we had to take a retention call & then had a group activity. It lasted 4 hours

i went to a job fair ,applied online for the role ,did a online test where i had to chose which statement best described myself ,virgin media then got in touch and i had to book a slot with them to arrange a telephone interview . the interview entailed answering customer service questions and role playing.the interviewer was very nice and tried to put me at ease he was playing the role of a disgruntled customer and i was supposed to try and resolve their problem and complaint
