Informal, not impressed, seemed disorganized. Were unclear as to organizational alignment. Appreared to have been through a number of leadership resignations. HR leader resigned as well.

Interview
It was a long process with several interviews with different levels. Started first with the recruiter followed by 3 phones interviews and then 7 in-person interviews all in one day. They drug their feet to make a decision but it was well worth the wait.
